Nancy Baumet sings the lead line of Patty Andrews from those famous Andrews Sisters hits.  She loves it because Patty was known for really getting into the songs with things like goofy facial expressions, playful lyrics, even growling and trumpet imitations.  She says she feels that singing the part of Patty Andrews allows her to let her wacky side out-- not that it's ever really hidden!
Renee Hein sings the high harmony that Maxene Andrews was famous for way back when.  You could say she's the one who gets to layer on that soft touch.  Renee likes to research info. on the tunes that topped the charts and reconnect audience members with the history of the hits.  Renee is sometimes referred to by her other two "sisters" as Ms. Google.  Go ahead and ask her anything, she'll most likely have some 4-1-1 on the subject!

Legacy Girls started in 2006 and was formerly known as Tres Bella.
Comprised of 3 friends, who started out singing together in church choir.  After they sang a special number that had a big band feel to it several people told them “Hey you girls sound like the Andrews Sisters.”
That gave them the idea to bring the Andrews Sisters music to life.
In their production of "America's Wartime Sweethearts," Legacy Girls performs a delightfully entertaining tribute to the music that uplifted and unified a nation. They have even expanded their repertoire to include a Fifties and Sixties Musical Revue.
